Instructions

    1. Stand facing the cable machine, feet shoulder-width apart.
    2. Grasp the handles with an overhand grip, wider than shoulder-width apart.
    3. Keep your chest lifted and shoulders down.
    4. Pull the handles toward your chest, squeezing your shoulder blades together.
    5. Maintain a neutral spine throughout the movement.
