Instructions

    1. Stand facing the cable machine with feet shoulder-width apart.
    2. Grab the handles with an overhand grip and keep your arms straight.
    3. Hinge at the hips and lower your torso while keeping your back straight.
    4. Drive through your heels to stand back up, keeping your posture upright.
    5. Squeeze your glutes at the top of the movement.
