Instructions

    1. Stand facing away from the cable machine with a handle attached to the low pulley.
    2. Attach the handle to your ankle.
    3. Stand tall with a straight posture.
    4. Gently pull your leg away from the cable, keeping it straight.
    5. Maintain a neutral spine and engage your core throughout the exercise.
