Instructions

    1. Attach an ankle cuff to the cable machine and secure it around your ankle.
    2. Stand facing the machine with your side against the weight stack.
    3. Position your body in a straight line with the working leg slightly in front.
    4. Keep your upper body tall, core engaged, and shoulders back and down.
    5. Pull the cable across your body by moving your leg laterally, leading with your heel.
