Instructions

    1. Stand with your feet shoulder-width apart.
    2. Attach a cable handle to chest height. Hold the handle with both hands in front of your chest.
    3. Step back to create tension in the cable.
    4. Brace your core and maintain a straight posture throughout the exercise.
    5. Push the handle straight forward, extending your arms fully while resisting rotation.
