Instructions

    1. Set the cable pulleys at chest height and choose appropriate weight.
    2. Stand facing away from the cables with a slight bend in your knees.
    3. Grab the handles and step forward to create tension.
    4. Keep a tall posture with shoulders back and down throughout the exercise.
    5. Open your arms outwards in a controlled motion, keeping a slight bend in your elbows.
