Instructions

    1. Kneel down facing the cable machine.
    2. Hold the rope attachment with both hands above your shoulders.
    3. Stabilize your lower body by squeezing glutes and engaging core.
    4. Lower your upper body towards the floor, keeping a straight back.
    5. Bring your elbows towards your thighs while contracting your abs.
