Instructions

    1. Stand perpendicular to the cable machine with one foot in front of the other.
    2. Hold the cable handle in the hand opposite your front foot.
    3. Lean your upper body towards the cable machine.
    4. Keep your back straight and your core engaged.
    5. Raise the cable handle out to the side until your arm is parallel to the ground.
