    1. Lie face up on a bench with your head towards the cable machine.
    2. Grab the cables with an underhand grip, palms facing up.
    3. Keep your upper arms parallel to the ground.
    4. Keep your shoulders back and down, chest lifted.
    5. Curl the cables towards your shoulders while keeping your upper arms stationary.
