Instructions

    1. Attach ankle cuffs to a low cable machine.
    2. Lie face down on a bench, with your legs straight and ankles secured.
    3. Place your arms at your sides for support.
    4. Contract your hamstrings to bend your knees and curl the cable towards your glutes.
    5. Maintain a neutral spine and avoid excessive movement in your lower back.
