Instructions

    1. Attach a rope to a cable machine set at a low position.
    2. Lie face up on a bench with your head toward the machine.
    3. Grasp the rope with your hands slightly wider than shoulder-width apart.
    4. Extend your arms fully overhead while keeping them slightly bent.
    5. Maintain a neutral spine and engage your core throughout the exercise.
