Instructions

    1. Lie face up on a flat bench with your feet flat on the floor.
    2. Grip the cables with an overhand grip and extend your arms above your chest.
    3. Keep your elbows slightly bent during the movement.
    4. Lower your arms out to the sides while maintaining control.
    5. Return to the starting position without letting the cables pull your arms inward.
