Instructions

    1. Attach a rope handle to a low pulley on a cable machine.
    2. Lie face up on a bench, with your head towards the machine.
    3. Grasp the rope with a pronated grip and extend your arms towards the ceiling.
    4. Keep your elbows close to your head throughout the movement.
    5. Lower the rope by bending your elbows, until your forearms touch your upper arms.
