Instructions

    1. Stand upright with your feet shoulder-width apart.
    2. Hold the cable handle with one hand, palm facing up.
    3. Keep your back straight and core engaged.
    4. Curl your forearm towards your shoulder, keeping your elbow stationary.
    5. Squeeze your biceps at the top, then slowly lower the weight back down.
