Instructions

    1. Stand sideways to the cable pulley machine.
    2. Grab the handle with one hand, palm facing down.
    3. Keep your back straight and engage your core.
    4. With a slight bend in your elbow, raise your arm out to the side until parallel to the floor.
    5. Lower the cable handle back down slowly and repeat on the other side.
