Instructions

    1. Stand facing away from the cable machine, feet shoulder-width apart.
    2. Grab the rope attachment with both hands, positioned between your legs.
    3. Hinge at the hips, keeping your back straight.
    4. Drive your hips forward and fully extend your body.
    5. Squeeze your glutes and engage your core throughout the exercise.
