Instructions

    1. Sit on the floor with your legs extended in front.
    2. Hold a cable handle with both hands, close to your chest.
    3. Lean back slightly, maintaining a tall and upright posture.
    4. Twist your torso to one side, keeping your back straight.
    5. Return to the starting position and repeat on the other side.
