Instructions

    1. Set the cable at shoulder height.
    2. Stand facing away from the cable machine with feet shoulder-width apart.
    3. Grasp the handle with your arm bent at 90 degrees.
    4. Keep your back straight, chest up, and shoulders back.
    5. Rotate your arm inward against the resistance, squeezing your shoulder blades together.
