Instructions

    1. Stand facing the cable machine with your feet shoulder-width apart.
    2. Hold the rope attachment with both hands, palms facing each other.
    3. Engage your core and keep your back straight.
    4. With control, pull the rope down, bringing your elbows towards your knees.
    5. Squeeze your abs at the end of the movement and slowly return to the starting position.
