Instructions

    1. Stand facing the cable machine with your feet shoulder-width apart.
    2. Hold the handle at shoulder level with your arms extended.
    3. Rotate your torso while pulling the cable towards the opposite side.
    4. Keep your core engaged and maintain a tall posture throughout the movement.
    5. Return to the starting position and repeat on the other side.
