Instructions

    1. Stand upright with your feet shoulder-width apart.
    2. Hold the cable handle with both hands in front of your chest.
    3. Rotate your torso to the right, pulling the cable handle down towards your hip.
    4. Return to the starting position by rotating your torso to the left and pulling the cable handle up.
    5. Maintain a tall posture and engage your core throughout the exercise.
