Instructions

    1. Stand with feet shoulder-width apart, facing the cable machine.
    2. Hold the handle with an underhand grip in one hand.
    3. Keep your back straight, shoulders relaxed, and core engaged.
    4. Slowly curl the handle towards your shoulder, squeezing your bicep.
    5. Lower the handle back down to starting position in a controlled manner.
