Instructions

    1. Stand facing a wall with your feet hip-width apart.
    2. Place your hands flat against the wall at shoulder height.
    3. Step one foot back, keeping the heel flat on the ground.
    4. Keep your back straight and lean forward, feeling a stretch in the calf of the back leg.
    5. Hold the stretch for a desired amount of time and repeat on the other leg.
