    1. Stand with feet hip-width apart, toes pointing forward.
    2. Raise onto the balls of your feet.
    3. Keep your knees straight and aligned with your toes.
    4. Maintain a straight posture, keeping your shoulders back and chest lifted.
    5. Slowly lower your heels back down to the ground.
