    1. Stand straight with one foot slightly in front of the other.
    2. Place a rope around the ball of your back foot.
    3. Hold on to the ends of the rope for stability.
    4. Keep your back leg straight and push your heel down.
    5. Feel the stretch in your calf muscle.
