Instructions

    1. Lie facing down on a bench with a cambered bar in front of you.
    2. Grab the bar with a pronated grip, slightly wider than shoulder-width apart.
    3. Pull the bar towards your chest while keeping your elbows close to your body.
    4. Maintain a neutral spine and engage your core.
    5. Squeeze your shoulder blades together at the top of the movement.
