Instructions

    1. Sit on a chair with your back against the backrest.
    2. Grip the handles of the chair firmly.
    3. Keep your back straight and engage your core.
    4. Slowly lift both legs upward, keeping them straight.
    5. Lower your legs back down without swinging or using momentum.
