Instructions

    1. Lie flat on a bench with your feet firmly planted on the floor.
    2. Keep your back flat against the bench.
    3. Grip the barbell with palms facing forward and shoulder-width apart.
    4. Lower the barbell to your chest while keeping your butt on the bench.
    5. Push the barbell back up while maintaining proper posture.
