Instructions

    1. Position yourself on the dip bars with your hands shoulder-width apart.
    2. Keep your chest up and shoulders back.
    3. Bend your elbows and lower your body until your upper arms are parallel to the ground.
    4. Push through your palms to straighten your elbows and raise your body back up.
    5. Maintain a tall, upright posture throughout the exercise.
