Instructions

    1. Start by lying on your side with your legs extended.
    2. Place your bottom arm straight out in front of you.
    3. Press your palm into the ground and lift your upper body towards the ceiling.
    4. Keep your hips on the ground and your neck in neutral alignment.
    5. Hold the stretch for a few seconds and then repeat on the other side.
