    1. Sit on a bench with your feet flat on the floor and hold a dumbbell in one hand.
    2. Rest the back of your upper arm against your inner thigh.
    3. Keep your back straight and core engaged.
    4. Curl the dumbbell towards your shoulder, keeping your elbow close to your side.
    5. Lower the dumbbell back down in a controlled manner.
