Instructions

    1. Sit on a bench with your legs spread wide.
    2. Hold a dumbbell in your right hand with an underhand grip.
    3. Rest your right elbow against the inside of your right thigh.
    4. Curl the dumbbell upwards towards your shoulder.
    5. Maintain a straight back and avoid swinging your body.
