Instructions

    1. Lie on your back with arms outstretched and legs extended vertically.
    2. Lower your legs to one side, maintaining a straight line from head to toes.
    3. Engage your core and lift legs back to vertical position.
    4. Repeat the movement to the opposite side.
    5. Keep your shoulders and hips firmly on the ground throughout the exercise.
