    1. Stand with a dumbbell in each hand, palms facing your body.
    2. Keep your back straight and shoulders relaxed.
    3. Exhale as you curl the right dumbbell towards your left shoulder.
    4. Inhale as you lower the dumbbell back down.
    5. Repeat with the left dumbbell towards your right shoulder.
