Instructions

    1. Start by standing with your feet hip-width apart and arms at your sides.
    2. Jump up, crossing your right foot in front of your left foot, and simultaneously raise your arms overhead.
    3. Land softly on the balls of your feet with your feet uncrossed and arms down.
    4. Repeat the jump, this time crossing your left foot in front of your right foot.
    5. Continue crossing and uncrossing your feet with each jump while maintaining an upright posture.
