    1. Lie on your back with knees bent and feet flat on the floor.
    2. Place your hands behind your head, elbows wide.
    3. Curl your upper body towards your knees, engaging your core.
    4. Keep your lower back pressed into the mat.
    5. Slowly lower back down to the starting position.
