Instructions

    1. Lie down on a decline bench with your feet secured.
    2. Place your hands behind your head, elbows wide.
    3. Curl your torso forward, keeping your lower back pressed against the bench.
    4. Exhale as you crunch, bringing your shoulder blades off the bench.
    5. Inhale and lower back down with control.
