Instructions

    1. Position yourself securely on a decline bench.
    2. Place your feet under the foot pads.
    3. Cross your arms over your chest or place them behind your head.
    4. Flex your abs and lift your torso until it's perpendicular to the ground.
    5. Lower your torso back down with control without arching your back.
