Instructions

    1. Stand tall with your feet hip-width apart.
    2. Take a step forward with your right leg.
    3. Bend your right knee until your thigh is parallel to the ground.
    4. Lean back, shifting your weight onto your left leg.
    5. Keep your chest lifted and your back straight throughout the stretch.
