Instructions

    1. Start on all fours with your hands directly under your shoulders and knees under your hips.
    2. Press your palms into the ground, straighten your arms, and lift your hips up towards the ceiling.
    3. Lengthen your spine and relax your neck, keeping your head in line with your arms.
    4. Press your heels towards the ground to feel a stretch in your hamstrings and calves.
    5. Engage your core muscles and actively push your chest towards your thighs.
