Instructions

    1. Start by holding dumbbells at shoulder level, palms facing forward.
    2. Stand tall, with feet hip-width apart and core engaged.
    3. Press one dumbbell directly overhead, fully extending your arm.
    4. Keep your back straight and avoid arching or leaning.
    5. Lower the dumbbell back to shoulder level and repeat on the other side.
