Instructions

    1. Lie flat on the floor with dumbbells in each hand.
    2. Position your elbows at a 90-degree angle with your upper arms parallel to the ground.
    3. Press one dumbbell up while keeping the other one down.
    4. Keep your back and core engaged with a neutral spine.
    5. Alternate the press between each arm.
