Instructions

    1. Sit on an incline bench with your chest and stomach supported.
    2. Hold a dumbbell in each hand with palms facing in.
    3. Keep your back straight and shoulders relaxed.
    4. With a slight bend in your elbows, raise your arms to the sides until parallel to the floor.
    5. Squeeze your shoulder blades together at the top and slowly lower the dumbbells back down.
