Instructions

    1. Stand with feet hip-width apart and hold dumbbells in front of thighs.
    2. Bend knees and push hips backward while keeping back straight.
    3. Explode upward and shrug shoulders, pulling dumbbells to collarbone.
    4. Drop into a squat position with elbows under dumbbells.
    5. Stand up, extending legs and pressing dumbbells overhead.
