    1. Lie down on a decline bench.
    2. Hold a dumbbell in each hand with a neutral grip.
    3. Keep your elbows at 90-degree angles.
    4. Lower the dumbbells to the sides of your chest.
    5. Press the dumbbells back up, fully extending your arms.
