Instructions

    1. Lie on a decline bench with dumbbells in each hand.
    2. Extend your arms out to your sides at shoulder level.
    3. Keep your back flat against the bench throughout the exercise.
    4. Slowly lower the dumbbells down and out to the sides, while twisting your wrists.
    5. Pause briefly, then return to the starting position.
