Instructions

    1. Sit on the floor with a dumbbell resting on your pelvis.
    2. Bend your knees and place the soles of your feet together, forming a diamond shape with your legs.
    3. Contract your glutes and lift your hips off the floor until your body forms a straight line.
    4. Keep your shoulders relaxed and core engaged throughout the exercise.
    5. Lower your hips back down to the starting position.
