Instructions

    1. Sit on an incline bench with a dumbbell in each hand.
    2. Pull your shoulder blades back and down, keeping your chest up.
    3. Keep your elbows close to your body.
    4. Alternate curling one arm at a time, keeping your wrist straight.
    5. Squeeze your biceps at the top, then slowly lower the weight.
