Instructions

    1. Set an incline bench at a 45-degree angle.
    2. Grab a dumbbell in each hand.
    3. Lie face down on the bench with your chest firmly against it.
    4. With a slight bend in your arms, raise the dumbbells out to the sides in a Y shape.
    5. Squeeze your shoulder blades together at the top and maintain good posture throughout.
