    1. Place your left knee and left hand on a bench.
    2. Hold a dumbbell in your right hand with your palm facing up.
    3. Extend your right arm straight back, squeezing your tricep.
    4. Maintain a neutral spine and avoid hunching or arching.
    5. Repeat with the other arm.
